How long will my product take to make?

All crocheted friends will take approximately two weeks to make. If we anticipate your product will take longer, we’ll let you know as soon as possible!

What materials are used to make your products?

All crocheted friends are made using predominantly 100% acrylic yarn, along with plastic safety eyes and 100% polyester fiber fill. Each item description includes the full list materials used to make the product.

How should I wash my product?

Crocheted friends should be wiped with a damn cloth. They should not be put in the washer or dryer in order to maintain their shape.

What is your return policy?

While we hope that you will be fully satisfied with your product, below are details on returning any item to V’s Inspirations.

1. Complete the website’s contact form and check “Returns” on the list of topics. In the description, please provide a detailed description as to why you need to return this product.

Based on your submission, we will determine whether or not we will be able to accept the product for a return. Note that only return requests submitted within 30 days of receiving the product can be considered.
